We want you to be fully satisfied with your Square Enix fashion purchases. If your apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, including the printed return form inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
